Beautifully designed rooms made for a comfortable stay.

The air conditioning did not function, leaving the room at a sweltering 26C. We encountered constant issues throughout our stay, and despite our complaints, all they offered was a move to another warm room with broken AC. It’s unacceptable to advertize a hotel with air conditioning and not have a single room where it works! How can they expect guests to enjoy their stay in such discomfort?

The central location was perfect, with easy access to shopping and varied restaurants nearby. We loved the lounge area with free snacks and drinks, which was a hit with the kids after our daily explorations. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The open-plan shower design lacked privacy, which was a bit uncomfortable for our family.

The central location makes it super easy to explore the city. The room was comfy with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a spacious private bathroom with a great shower. There’s a fitness centre and sauna for relaxation. Loved the all-day snacks, hot drinks, and free tapas in the lounge area. Plus, the daily room cleaning is a rare find!

Staying at Okko Hotels in Lille was a delightful experience. The communal area created a welcoming ambiance, complemented by free drinks and snacks available throughout the day. The room was clean and comfortable, though the open-plan shower offered limited privacy. A fantastic base for exploring Lille's cultural attractions.

The all-day snack buffet was a delightful touch, perfect after wandering around Lille’s vibrant streets. I also loved the communal area, cozy and a great spot for coffee before setting out. Plus, the comfy bed in my Classic Double Room was divine, ensuring sweet dreams for a solo traveler like me.

Navigating Lille can be a maze without proper maps. Don’t bother with the 'quick' stroll from EuroLille. grab a taxi instead. there's no kettle in the room, just a coffee maker, which was a bit of a letdown after a long day.

The hotel features sleek decor reminiscent of modern design shops, and the communal area is a highlight with access to free snacks and drinks. The Nespresso machine in the room added a nice touch, perfect for my mornings. Staff were quite helpful when I had questions. I enjoyed the comfortable bed and high-quality linens that made sleep easy. The space felt welcoming overall, though the layout of the breakfast area could be better. It got crowded since everything was placed in one corner. the air conditioning struggled to maintain a cool temperature, more so when the sun shone directly on my room. The iron had to be used in a separate room, which felt inconvenient when I needed it. Though these were minor inconveniences, they slightly impacted the experience. I loved lounging in the club area after exploring the city, enjoying the lovely pastries available. Wouldn't mind returning next time in Lille.
